The Clubs Department supports and coordinates Nova SBE's clubs by providing funding, equipment, and approving expenses. We foster collaboration, promote synergies, and act as a bridge between clubs and faculty, ensuring their needs are met.

The Corporate Relations department at Nova SBE SU enhances student life by forming partnerships and securing sponsorships. We fund unforgettable events and parties, shaping the Nova SBE experience. Through strategic collaborations, we create opportunities that enrich university life inside and outside the classroom.

The Events Department creates opportunities for students to connect and build lasting memories by organizing a variety of events, including parties, galas, dinners, and iconic campus traditions like Novinhas.

The International department aims to ensure the best experience for the Bachelors' and Masters' students who have made Portugal their home during these years of study. We organize the Welcome Week (including events such as the Boat Party, the Night Rally and the International Dinner) and other activities during the semester.

The Pedagogical Department helps making your learning experience run as smoothly as possible. We are in charge of Nova SU's Portal, organizing language courses and mediating problems and suggestions related to your academic affairs with the university administration.

Our People Department is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all members of the SU and the student community as a whole. Internally, we organize team-building activities, manage the recruitment and onboarding processes. Externally, we serve as a bridge between students and Nova SU, listening to their concerns and working to represent them as best as possible year-round.

The Sports Department promotes an active and healthy lifestyle by managing sports teams, organizing athletic events, and building a vibrant sports culture at Nova SBE.

The Treasury manages the Students' Union funds. We're looking for candidates to fulfil the IT Manager Position. The job consistes of managing the Student Union website and providing technical support for all digital platforms and IT operations.
