What's the cost to announce a listing?

To publish a listing on our website, you must submit the New Listing Form (https://www.novasu.pt/housing/newlisting)with all the required details.

You'll pay per room if you are announcing a complete house. If you are listing just rooms and not a complete house, you'll need to submit the New Listing Form (https://www.novasu.pt/housing/newlisting)for each room.

Each room has a fee of 30€ per month. We also offer special prices if you publish multiple rooms. Check our packs! (https://www.novasu.pt/housing/listingpacks)

You'll only be able to activate it after we carefully review and verify your listing to ensure it complies with our terms and conditions.(https://www.novasu.pt/privacypolicy) This process helps maintain the quality and reliability of our platform

Why can't I see the exact address?

To prioritize safety and privacy, we intentionally do not display the exact address of listings on our platform. This measure helps protect both property owners and potential visitors from unauthorized visits and ensures a secure experience for all parties involved.

If you are interested in visiting a property or require more detailed information, we encourage you to contact the listing owner directly. They will be able to provide the necessary details and arrange a visit based on their availability and policies.

Why isn't the price guaranteed?

The prices displayed on our listings are for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between the listed price and the final price agreed upon with the listing owner. This may occur due to the following reasons:

 • Listing owners may update their prices, and there may be a delay before these changes are reflected on our website.
