The General Assembly, composed of all full members in the full enjoyment of their associative rights, is the highest deliberative body of Nova SU. The decisions taken in the General Assembly are binding on the remaining associative structures, within the limits of the Statutes of Nova SU.

The General Assembly Board is responsible for convening, conducting, drafting minutes, and publicizing the resolutions of the General Assembly. It is also the responsibility of the General Assembly Board to promote elections and install the Central Bodies of Nova SU, as well as to carry out other duties defined in the Statutes of Nova SU.
